PROFESSIONAL CODE OF ETHICS

 

1. My readings are not meant to interfere with your own internal guidance system. The purpose of my readings/sessions is to empower you. Only you know what is best for you. I offer insights and a different perspective on potential outcomes and possibilities. All suggestions and/or recommendations are just that, nothing is written in stone or to be considered absolute in any reading/session. You have free will and I will never interfere with your personal power.

2. I am not a predictive psychic. I am empathic, intuitive, clairsentient, and claircognizant. I utilize tools such as Astrology, Tarot, and Hypnotherapy to delve deeper into a situation. These tools allow me to gain additional insights and messages for my clients. I offer guidance and insights from the perspective of a Spiritual Counselor. I will never tell you what I think you want to hear. My job is to relay any messages and insights as they are presented to me, whether or not they are considered “good or bad.”

3. A reading/session with me is a two-way process. I will ask questions to clarify the context and/or the background information as it pertains to the particular question or situation that you are asking about. I believe that clients get more out of a reading/session when they are actively communicating and involved. This allows for deeper insights, enabling the reading/session to open up and expand.  

4. I will never conduct a reading/session to validate or confirm a twin flame relationship. Additionally, I will not conduct a third-party reading, such as “How does John or Betty feel about me?” If you ask a question about another individual I will always steer the focus back to you, such as “How do I best approach the situation with John or Betty?”

5. My readings are non-judgemental and 100% confidential. I will never share personal details of your reading with anyone for any reason. I welcome clients of all ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, religions, spiritual paths, sexual orientations, and gender identities. 

6. I will never give advice or guidance in areas for which I am not qualified. I am not a lawyer, financial advisor, business consultant, physician, or licensed healthcare professional. 

 

POLICIES & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

 

1. I reserve the right to deny a reading or session with anyone at any time if I feel that I am not best suited to work with you. If payment has already been submitted, you will be issued a refund.

2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. 

3. Once a reading/session has begun, a refund will not be given. You are paying for my time and expertise. 

4. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time, a refund will not be given.

5. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or you will be considered a “no show” and your payment will not be refunded.

6. By law, I am required to state that readings/sessions are for entertainment purposes only and in no way constitute medical, psychological, legal, business, or financial advice.

By booking a session with me, you are confirming and acknowledging the following: a) you are 18 years of age or older; b) you understand that readings/sessions are not a substitute for professional medical care, legal or business advice; c) you have read and agree to all items outlined within my Professional Code of Ethics and Policies.
